Jacob Wetterling Foundation (JWF) is a charter member of the Association of Missing & Exploited Children's Organizations (AMECO) and a task force member of the A.M.B.E.R. Alert/Crime Alert, coordinated through the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) . JWF is an authorized and/or certified provider of education and victim's assistance through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), Office of Justice Programs (OJP) & National Center for Victims of Crime (NCVC). 

JWF upholds the practices and guiding principles of the Minnesota Charity Review Council, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and the National Nonprofit Congress.
